新系列『時間漩渦』上線了,以往用了好多年的線上付款,今天卻不能用了?出現一些奇怪的錯誤訊息?好像是說我的付款資料有問題?
試了好多次都不成功,於是我將相同的個人付款資料在『PAYPAL』上註冊,成功註冊了(表示我的個人資料是沒問題的)。
最後用『PAYPAL』來付MO商店的消費就成功買到卡了。真奇怪,直接用信用卡就不行,透過PAYPAL就可以?
有沒有人遇到類似狀況啊?
MO的付款機制又怪怪的了?

Sorry for the trouble, I have adjusted your account so you can now order. The problem occurred due to alerts raised by our fraud detection software, which has sensitive allowances. We recommend that you use only a single credit card on your account (if possible). Avoid using that credit card on any other MtGO account to help prevent issues like this in the future.
Note: If you received a response from the system saying "We cannot process your order due to excessive authorizations" then please wait 2 hours before ordering, otherwise please wait 20 minutes from your last order attempt.
If the problem continues please contact us.

得到了客服的回答,於是又試了一次信用卡付款.....結果還是不行!
再次寫MAIL去抗議,於是又得到了回答,再給大家參考(還沒再去試試)
I have made some adjustments and you should be able to order now. To minimize ordering problems on the Magic Online Store please try the following suggestions:
1) Use only one credit card per Magic Online account.
2) Use only one person's name per Magic Online account.
3) Use only one address per Magic Online account (Shipping & Billing address should ideally the same).
4) Try to keep information consistent.
5) Double check your information before finalizing the transaction.
Note: Changing the billing information associated with your credit/debit card may cause ordering problems. If you have continuous ordering problems you may wish to set up a PayPal account linked to your credit card. You can make purchases through the Magic Online Store using your PayPal account and you can change the credit card on your PayPal account as many times as you wish.
