[問題]Words of War 干戈箴言+抽牌(1*2) 能使用2次 打對方4點

小弟有些問題請大家幫忙解答

Words of War 干戈箴言 2R
1: The next time you would draw a card thisturn, Words of War deals 2 damage to targetcreature or player instead.

如果我場上有2張
Enchantress's Presence 咒術師的風采
Whenever you play an enchantment spell, drawa card

Q1: (干戈箴言 已在場)
然後我放1張結界咒語後 我能抽2次1張牌(就是2張牌)
這樣我能負2點無色 打對方4點嗎@@?

Q2: (干戈箴言 不在場)
然後我放干戈箴言(結界)進場 因為我使用結界能抽牌
我能否負魔力 打對方 然後 不抽因使用干戈箴言而得到的牌?
