How to build an angel deck?

the deck i want to bulid is white-artifact angel
it is too slow but powerful after the combo was made.
to avoid being killed in the first few turns,
other than Peacekeeper and balance, was else can be added

ps: no knight, cleric or rebel..........because i do want it look like weenie

That doesn't make much sense. The BEST way to use Decree of justice is "the Keeper" in classic, which does not run Urza land.

In Extended, there is no good mechnism for Decree except RW Astral Slide, which does not run Urza land.

In Standard (type 2), most people on this forum are Standard players. They know how to use Decree.



There is no such thing as "good angel deck for all formats." A fun deck most likely.

like twn_domn said Keeper is probably the one you want. Keeper is pretty fun, but not on the $$.

fun angel deck = good looking = good cards(almost all angels are good) = $money$ = hard to win against well known decks.


Decree is usally used to get little soldiers, since it can't be countered except by Stifle, but then decks runs Decrees also runs counterspells.
