為什麼這兩張下面的啟動異能的寫法要不一樣，是有使用上的差別嗎？還是有規則上的強調性呢？

這樣應該就有差了 ??

藍的還可以啦，只要有大約三隻掠奪人魚之類的，自己回合多抽一，對手回合抽二，三個回合後就可以堆滿六顆啦

那樣對手回合還是一樣不能抽牌啊，所以要加速的話就必須要在對手的回合也能抽
