版面規則
1.不准發表罵人的字眼(強烈負面批評的人必刪文)
2.儘量不打不美觀的注音文
3.有看不懂或不認識的牌請利用查牌網站
4.發文字數至少20中文字(對應英文40字元)。
5.有像 twn_domn這種介紹某種賽制或deck的都會置頂
6.請多用主題分類([標準],[擴充],[古典],[問題],[FUN],[其他],[公告],[討論])未使用者請盡快補上

take out writ of passage, if you are going control, you should have no blockers against your creature.
btw, take out all your creature, too slow to finish a game and you have too much counter power
just leave remand and rune snag and one more spell counterer it good enough.
as for creature, get akroma, draining welk at least for finishers
plus where is your wrath of gods? They are must for u/w control decks. So far you look like playing a draw-go with some white in it.
you only need 1 teferi, because it can be fetch by mystical teachings.
reduce counts on careful concideration, I suggest you go with 3 at most, Ancestral Vision is great why dont you have that? and court hussar helps a lot too. Telling times is not great compare other card drawings mentioned.
condemn is a good creature removal, the gain life part does not matter too much as long you can kill your opponent.
spike tale drakeling is not for this kind of deck, i dont think, kinda wierd.
all in all it look to be more of a draw-go type than u/w control control. If thats what are you going for than its alright, but if you are truely want to extend the full potential of u/w control, i think my suggestion can help a lot.
