[問題]請問關於proliferaqte

1.Proliferate這個異能的指定對shroud是有效的?
2.當生物裝上LivewireLash後，被Steady Progress指到能觸發武具的異能嗎?

1. 有效，因為Proliferate無指定目標
2. 不能，因為武具異能限定要成為"SPELL"的目標，且Proliferate無指定目標

magic 很單純的，所謂的指定就是看『target』這個單字，
沒有那個單字，像 select or choose 的就不代表指定。。。
