牌都那樣寫還假的喔?
你把他英文當成這樣應該就不會搞錯了:
Shuffle target nonland permanent into its owner's library. Its owner (重點)
draws two cards.

要是放spell的玩家抽牌那這張就不會是1, 20那種價位了lol

是這樣打沒錯... 可是那個"then draws two cards"指的是"The owner", 不是caster of the spell.
如果是caster抽的話會寫成then YOU draw two cards.
