No. All the abilities trigger at the same time, and since you control them all, you choose the order they're put on the stack. If the Militia's Pride abilities goes on the stack last, they'll resolve first and potentially create attacking Kithkin token creatures. Then, by the time Cenn's Heir's ability resolves, there are more attacking Kithkin, so he'll get a bigger bonus.
