下面是笨問題:
Jester's Scepter 3
Artifact
When Jester's Scepter comes into play, remove the top five cards of target player's library from the game face down. You may look at those cards as long as they remain removed from the game.
2,T,Put a card removed from the game with Jester's Scepter into its owner's graveyard: Counter target spell if it has the same name as that card.
如果有兩張Jester's Scepter先後進場 這樣一張Jester's Scepter的第二個異能是可以在十張之中移一張還是五張之中移一張?
又若是一張Jester's Scepter先後進場兩次的情況呢?

每張權杖只能看自己移的那五張，所以當然就是五張選一張
先後進場？你覺得同一張擾咒法師再進場可以封住上一個加這個等於兩個咒語嗎？
就權杖的例子...
進場-移五張
離場-牌移出遊戲（除非特別手段否則回不來）
再進場-移五張 （視同重新一張牌，沒有之前的記憶）
所以當然就只能用後五張囉

這樣就很明顯了，只能移自己的
兩張Jester's Scepter的<this card>一定是指不同的東西
同一張進場兩次的話，它在第一次離場時就會得到失憶症
被他移出去的牌將會保持在移出遊戲區域，並且跟它沒有任何的關連
